I am currently offering a variety of diverse trainings and workshops suited to professionals, mental health practitioners, social and community workers, teachers, nurses, holistic and wellness educators, young people, artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, parents, workers, queers and gender expansive individuals.

I offer workplace Resource Therapy Foundation training to better understand and work with our clients’ emotions and behaviours. This training can be tailored to the professionals in the workplace or the clients, customers or students with whom you are working.

I hold 2-3 day retreats for individuals and professionals looking for an experiential and effective approach to resolving, repairing and relieving internal, cultural or systemic wounds.

I provide introductory and advanced parts-work workshops on dissociation, queer bodied experience, complex trauma and family of origin healing.
